The assignment was to study the market, refine the value proposition & defining the GTM to acquire at least first 30 customers for a Bangalore Based Power Electronics Start up who had realized a Solar Powered Hybrid Inverters that could export electricity to the Power Distribution Grid.
Our team studied Product Category Market, analyzed competition & performed Primary research. We led the Customer Discovery study to Bijapur to study the customers and market in a Tier 2 city. After the study our, team of 3 prepared the study report and briefed the CEO. Our team suggested to focus on Apartment Associations segment and also presented our findings and the rationale for our recommendation.
We then presented to them a detailed analysis of why they should focus on this segment, from a Business Model point of view, also keeping in mind the limitations of the product.
